Cancellation Policies
  1. Passenger who has confirmed reservation and does not show up for their flight (no show)is not entitled to a refund.
  2. Passenger who has cancelled more than 48 hours before their travel date is entitled to 100% refund after which an administration fee will be deducted.
  3. Passenger who has rescheduled more than 48 hours before their travel date is not liable for any additional charges.
  4. Passenger who has cancelled less than 48 hours from their travel date is entitled to 50% refund after which an administration fee will be deducted.
  5. Passenger who has rescheduled less than 48 hours from their travel date is liable to a 50% penalty. No administration fee will be charged.
  6. Refund on the unused portion of a return ticket will be based on single fare calculations after which an administration fee will be deducted.
Limitation of Liability

Passengers using Trans Guyana Airways Ltd. Are provided with the following insurance coverage:

Each passenger US$ 30,000.00
Combined Single Limit US$ 7,500,000.00

Additional protection can usually be obtained by purchasing insurance from a private company. Such insurance is not affected by any limitations of the carrier’s liability.

Identification
Pax travelling to any of our interior destinations require identification -- passport for non-nationals; photo ID for nationals/residents.
 
Restricted Cargo
Customers using Trans Guyana Airways services are advised that restricted items can only be transported by authorisation from Ogle operations.
 
Other Notices
  1. The validity of this ticket will be based on the Fare Basis on ticket and will be either 30 days or 90 days validity from date of issue.
  2. Passengers are required to provide identification on check-in and may be subject to body and/or baggage search.
  3. Passengers are required to check-in and obtain their Boarding Pass at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
  4. Passengers must present themselves at the Boarding Gate at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  5. In the event that passengers do not comply with these departure requirements, all seat assignments (including those for seats on continuing and return flights) may be cancelled without any liabilities to Trans Guyana Airways Ltd.
  6. Passengers are not permitted to travel with any prohibited or dangerous items on their persons or in their baggage. Please check with Trans Guyana Airways Ltd. or their representative for current list.
  7. Trans Guyana Airways Ltd. reserves the right to deny any passenger boarding of our Aircraft if we believe the safety of the flight may be compromised.
  8. Trans Guyana Airways Ltd. will not be held liable for loss of cash and/or valuables on our premises or aircraft.
  9. Trans Guyana Airways Ltd. will not be liable for delays or cancellation due to weather, closure of airport and/or any other conditions beyond our control.
  10. Passengers are required to check with agent on arrival at their destination to confirm their flight. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of seat.
  11. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  12. Trans Guyana Airways reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights without liabilities.
  13. Trans Guyana Airways will not be liable for any loss or damage of any items including cargo and baggage on our aircraft or premises.
  14. Customers are asked to present Proof of Payment when checking in.
  15. Trans Guyana Airways reserves the right to amend any of the above notices.
